Review of Casey’s Bar and Grill
Casey’s is one of those chain restaurants. You know, the ones that park themselves in parking lots of huge stand-alone strip malls. Those ones.
This restaurant tries to have a promising casual atmosphere with a menu that provides a wide array of food options from varying cultures.

The problem with this restaurant is the service, and the quality of the food. What sounds delicious on the menu, shows up looking like something totally different, and unappetizing. You go to a restaurant to get food that you wouldn’t take the time to make at home. When you receive a plate that is supposed to be say, a gourmet club sandwhich, with turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce and Swiss cheese layered between two slices of multi-grain bread spread with cranberry mayonnaise, you should not receive the following:
Two extremely hard crusted pieces of cold toasted multigrain bread, that scratch your pallet when biten into, filled with turkey cold cuts that look questionable, in addition to cold thin bacon pieces, a swiss cheese kraft single(or rather the no name variety), with lettuce browned at the tips and the slightest hint of cranberry mayonnaise that require immense concentration to taste.
That is Casey’s. Three people can order the same thing and have varying degrees of outcomes. Someone may have a warmer toasted bread, while someone else has no bacon. Anything can happen!
Oh and you order a martini on the 4 dollar martini deal day; you get the worst martini ever that tastes like sugar juice with no booze. Such as waste of 4 dollars.
The staff are snubbish and will rush you. What’s also annoying is that you have to go up to pay, even with credit cards.
I refuse to go into this restaurant again. I’ve had too many bad experiences, the above being the latest.
Do not go to Casey’s. (Or Kelsey’s for that matter – very same story there)
